UPDATE!!
I have a new easier way to build the Vest!!
Simply use a black sweatshirt. Cut the arms off and cut vertically strait down the front of the shirt. Either let it stay long for Rebel Fleet Troopers or cut it short (waist length) for Han Solo!

CORELLIAN VEST
Materials needed: Black felt (orange for Greedo), hot glue.
Use with these costumes: Nein Numb, Corellian pilot (Han Solo), Greedo.
The vest is a Star Wars standard, but it is different than your typical three-piece suit style vest. Try to copy the pattern as well as you can.
The larger piece is 21" (54 cm) across the bottom, 22.5" (57 cm) wide at it's widest point and 19" (48 cm) right up the middle of the back. It's 18.5" (47 cm) wide at the top, across the shoulders.
The smaller piece is 9" (23 cm) across the bottom and 20.5 (52 cm) tall.
The pattern is designed with some overlap for the hot-glue joint. You can use more or less overlap to fit you better. I suggest putting the vest together with safety pins first before you glue anything.
